Pricing:

• Summer Season (April 16 - December 19): USD$900 per night.
• Winter Season (January 11 - April 15): USD$1,440 per night.
• Christmas/New Year (December 20 - January 10): USD$1,800 per night.

Booking Policy:

• Secure your booking with a 25% deposit.
• The balance is due 60 days before check-in.
• A $1000 USD security deposit will automatically be applied 7 days prior to check-in and released 5 days after check-out.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than 120 days before check-in.
• Cancellations made between 60-120 days before check-in will result in a loss of deposit.
• Cancellations made between 30-59 days before check-in will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation made within 29 days of check-in result in 100% cancellation fee.
